SHIPPING

We currently ship to selected European countries and continue to expand our delivery network.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and carrier details.

Please note that during promotional periods, holidays, or seasonal campaigns, shipping times may be slightly extended.

Customs & Import Taxes

Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT that may apply in your country.

Any applicable customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.

Delivery Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are entered correctly during checkout.

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and delivered by different carriers.

For orders within Turkey, shipments are handled through Aras Kargo.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Free shipping on orders over 1000 TL

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Please note that shipping times refer to the preparation and dispatch period. Transit times of shipping carriers are not included.

Some handmade or special products may require additional preparation time. In such cases, estimated delivery times will be clearly stated on the product page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible items will be replaced free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

For all other return or exchange requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on package size and destination.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Items should be securely packed, preferably in original packaging

  • The invoice and return form must be included inside the package

Exchange Processing

Approved exchanges are processed within approximately 10 business days after the returned package has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

  • The products must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

  • Products must be shipped in their original packaging.

  • Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Please share photos of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Exchange requests are processed subject to stock availability.

  • Please note that for shipments made with companies other than Aras Kargo, NORDHUS will not accept payment for shipping or delivery, and will not cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting the return shipping fee (between 170-300 TL - varies depending on the weight/volume).
