DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery dates and fees depend on the delivery type.

Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the product to be handed over to the shipping company. Time spent in transit is not included in the delivery time. Some products may take longer than the standard delivery time. In this case, the estimated delivery time will be stated as 8-15 business days at the time of purchase. Please note that if your purchased products have different delivery options, you will receive your orders on different dates.

Products purchased from Nordhus.shop will be delivered only within Türkiye and by MNG Kargo.

Delivery times may be longer than usual during sales periods and promotions.

We will send you an email as soon as your order leaves the courier service.

Address changes cannot be made to packages that have been shipped.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order at any time from the My Orders page in the My Account section. If you haven't registered on Nordhus.shop, you will need to register first.

Free returns via shipping.

Only products damaged or broken during shipping, or products different from those specified on the order form, can be returned free of charge within 3 days of the delivery date. Refunds for other products will be issued after deducting the return shipping cost.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. PREPARE THE PACKAGE BY INSIDE THE RETURN FORM AND THE INVOICE.

If possible, securely pack the products in their original packaging and remember to include the purchase invoice and return invoice. You must specify the relevant products on the return form.

2. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE LOCATION ON THE PACKAGE.

On the return form, you will find a label with the return address that you need to attach to the package.

3. SEND THE PRODUCT

To do this, send your package via MNG Cargo.

Please note that for shipments made with companies other than MNG Kargo, NORDHUS will not accept payment for shipping or delivery, and will not cover return shipping costs.

Your product exchange package will be processed within 10 days of being received by our warehouse.
